KEYNA WILKINS

Keyna Wilkins is a diverse multi-instrumentalist & composer. Winner of the 2018 APRA AMCOS Award for Achievement by an Individual, composer of many award-winning international short films, published by Wirripang Australia, an Associate Artist with the Australian Music Centre, internationally active. British/Australian musician Wilkins is a trail-blazing cross-genre artist equally at home in the worlds of Miles Davis & Debussy. She is known for her ensembles Ephemera: inspired by astronomical phenomena, combining  music & space imagery by Dr Paul Francis ANU, Canberra, & Yulugi: a cross-over, cross-cultural duo with Indigenous song man and didjeridu player Gumaroy Newman. Recent commissions include work for the Sydney based, internationally renowned electric Viola de Gamba crossover, contemporary Jazz ensemble Elysian Fields. More info: www.keynawilkins.com

ROB THORNE

Rob Thorne is a composer & performer of taonga puoro, traditional instruments of New Zealand  Maori. A diverse & original explorer in the evolving journey of these instruments, Rob's work since 2001 has seen him complete an MA in Social Anthropology, incorporating his experience to create beautifully transcendent compositions using loops, intelligently blending modern & ancient. His journey of identity has led him to travel the Pacific & South America to research museum collections, teach, perform, demonstrate & collaborate. His postgraduate research became a museum exhibition (The Music Within), touring NZ for five years. He's collaborated with: NZ String Quartet, Tania Giannouli (Athens), Richard Nunns, Korean dancer & drummer Saes Byeol Cha, Italian born guitarist Lorenzo Buhne, Fis (Berlin), Maryanne Piper (Aurora Winds), Chilean musician Enrique Sique, TEDX, universities around the world, plus many more.

DANIEL WELTLINGER

Berlin based Australian violinist, composer, producer Daniel Weltlinger, has long been renowned for his distinctive warm sound & innovations within the genres of Gypsy Jazz, Yiddish Klezmer, Improvised, Experimental & Contemporary Music. He is frequently in demand in a recording & performance capacity, with collaborations crossing continents & styles. He can be heard with Karsten Troyke, Lulu Reinhardt, Daniel Stelter, Sharon Brauner, Daniel Pliner, Monsieur Camembert, Ensemble Olivinn, Radio Django & The Asthmatix, plus many more, and is featured on the internationally released TV series, Babylon Berlin. He is highly sought after for his technical & musical mastery on his main instrument. DAMIAN WRIGHT

Damian Wright is an ARIA AWARD nominated Flamenco guitarist based in Australia, renowned for his ensemble Bandaluzia Flamenco & solo performances. Solo & ensemble performances include: Rajasthan International Folk Festival, Shanghai Fringe Festival, Adelaide Int. Guitar Festival, sold out TEDX concert at Sydney Opera House, Sydney Int. Guitar Festival, Sydney & Adelaide Fringe Festival, Angel Place City Recital Hall Sydney, among many others. Damian recently released Shifting Sands on ABC Music, funded by the Australia Council of the Arts - a collection of original Flamenco inspired music released to critical acclaim. He studied & performed with Pepe Justicia in Spain for many years, and has recorded with Rasa Duende & The Translators on ABC/Universal.
